To insert a node
- If you are using a selection set, select the elements.

Select

Insert Node
).
The Insert Node tool settings dialog appears.
- Enter the Node tolerance to use when inserting the existing node.

Select the node to insert into and split the analytical member, then accept it. For a selection set, click in the view, then accept it.
The member is split at the node. If there is another node within the node tolerance, the nodes are merged.
